“We’re delighted to be welcoming our guests again as spring starts to arrive. With the weather warming up soon, Chimney Rock’s stunning views will become lush green with spring wildflowers in bloom. It’s one of our favorite seasons in the park,” said Mary Jaeger-Gale, General Manager, Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park.
Looking ahead, Chimney Rock will host a Springtime Kids’ Climb with Fox Mountain Guides from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on March 29. A legendary event in Western NC, the park’s 59th Annual Easter Sunrise Service will be held April 20. Admission to the sunrise service is free and open to the public. Visit the park’s website or Facebook page for details on upcoming events.
